The icy Saturnian moon Dione moves near Saturn's largest moon, Titan, in this Mutual Event imaged by the Cassini Spacecraft. A Mutual Event, such as an event of Spatial Geometry in which one Celestial Body passes close to, or in front, or behind of another one (of course from the Observer - such as, here, the Cassini Spacecraft - point of view), can help scientists, in this case, to refine their understanding of the orbits of Saturn's moons.

This frame has been colorized in Natural Colors by (such as the colors that a perfect human eye - or an Electronic Eye - would actually perceive if someone were onboard the Cassini Orbiter and then looked towards the Saturnian moons Dione and Titan), by using an original technique created - and, in time, dramatically improved - by the Lunar Explorer Italia Team.
